Who goes first in 10 Tricks Later?

The player who most recently watched a horror movie leads the first trick of the first round.
Rule details
The winner of each trick leads the next trick.
A later round starts with the player who gained the lowest score in the preceding round. If that score is tied, the rules let the players decide the starter by any appropriate method.
If there’s a tie
The cited starting-player instruction does not specify a tie-break. We don’t infer one.
