Whoever has the longest hair takes the first turn.

Rule details

The starting instruction appears at the end of player setup. Players then take consecutive turns, choosing one action on their turn.

When order matters during an event, drum use or resource collection, the active player decides first and the others follow clockwise.

If there’s a tie

The cited starting-player instruction does not specify a tie-break. We don’t infer one.
