Whoever visited a museum most recently starts the first raid.
Rule details
Turns continue clockwise.
Later raids start with the player holding the Guard Dog figure; the museum criterion selects only the opening player.
The Alibi comparison breaks a final-score tie. It does not decide who starts.
If there’s a tie
The cited starting-player instruction does not specify a tie-break. We don’t infer one.
