The player wearing the most white clothing is the first player.
Rule details
That player randomly announces which of the four routes to use.
After each turn, the first-player role moves clockwise; all players search for the ghost’s route simultaneously.
If there’s a tie
The cited starting-player instruction does not specify a tie-break. We don’t infer one.
