Who goes first in boop.?

The player who most recently petted a cat starts, or choose the first player randomly.

Rule details

Players begin with eight Kittens each, with their Cats out of play. Take turns placing one Kitten on an empty bed space.

The introductory version for younger players removes Cats and kitten graduation; the cited adjustment does not replace the starting-player rule.

If there’s a tie

The cited starting-player instruction does not specify a tie-break. We don’t infer one.
