Whoever most recently took money out of a bank takes the first turn.
Rule details
Turns continue clockwise. Each turn includes the player's actions, any required event, and movement of the guard on that player's floor.
The team chooses its entrance together before play. Each character enters at the start of its own first turn.
If there’s a tie
The cited starting-player instruction does not specify a tie-break. We don’t infer one.
