Who goes first in Cards Against Humanity?

Cards Against Humanity 3.0 English rules

The player who most recently pooped serves as the first Card Czar and begins the first round. If Hugh Jackman is playing, the printed rules give him priority regardless of that criterion.

Rule details

The Card Czar draws and reads the first black card while the other players submit answers. After each round, a new player becomes Card Czar; the optional Meritocracy house rule instead gives that role to the previous round's winner.

If there’s a tie

The cited starting-player instruction does not specify a tie-break. We don’t infer one.
