Who goes first in Chocolate Factory?

Whoever most recently ate chocolate is the starting player.
Rule details
After the Prepare phase, the Start Player marker holder chooses first in Expand & Recruit, followed clockwise. The last player chooses both a Factory Part packet and an Employee packet; the draft then returns anticlockwise so everyone receives one of each.
Run Factory normally follows turn order, but players may agree to run their factories simultaneously.
Pass the Start Player marker clockwise when preparing for the next day. This starting answer covers multiplayer play; Factory Manager is a separate solo mode.
If there’s a tie
The cited starting-player instruction does not specify a tie-break. We don’t infer one.
