Who goes first in Cleopatra and the Society of Architects?

The rules give the first turn to the player with the best Egyptian credentials; otherwise, start with the youngest player. Play continues clockwise.
Rule details
The credentials are playful examples, such as a pet mummified crocodile or a hieroglyphic library. The rulebook supplies no scoring system for them.
This answer covers the original Days of Wonder edition, not the later Deluxe Edition.
