Rule details

That player receives the First Player Marker and places the first flask. Turns continue clockwise.

Starting ATP increases with turn order: the first player gets 2, the next gets 3, then 4, and so on. Everyone also chooses two additional resources from ATP, mRNA and Lipids.

The marker does not rotate automatically. A player can claim it at Laureates in Biology and keeps it for later rounds until someone else claims it.

If there’s a tie

The cited starting-player instruction does not specify a tie-break. We don’t infer one.
