The previous game's winner starts, or choose whoever makes the best dinosaur sound.
Rule details
Play passes to the left. Remember the starter so everyone receives the same number of turns when the final round is completed.
The dinosaur-sound option is an alternative starting criterion, not a stated tie-break for a previous win.
The extra round between tied leaders decides the winner at the end, not who starts the game.
If there’s a tie
The cited starting-player instruction does not specify a tie-break. We don’t infer one.
