Who goes first in Dinosaur World?

The player who most recently trained a raptor to respond to hand signals goes first. If no one has done that, choose the first player randomly.

Rule details

Give the first-player marker to the selected player. Place the other players' turn-order markers in clockwise order; starting coins increase from first to fourth player.

If there’s a tie

The cited starting-player instruction does not specify a tie-break. We don’t infer one.
