Who goes first in Dungeon Lords?

Give the starting-player token to the nicest player, or choose its holder randomly.
Rule details
Players select orders simultaneously. After the first orders are revealed, the token holder places a minion first, followed by the others clockwise.
Official tie-break or fallback
Random selection is an explicit alternative in the rulebook; it is not restricted to ties.
