Who goes first in Fantastic Factories?

The player who used a tool most recently receives the first player token and starts the Market Phase.
Rule details
During the Market Phase, turns continue clockwise from the token holder.
The Work Phase is simultaneous. At its end, pass the first player token to the next player clockwise for the following round.
If there’s a tie
The cited starting-player instruction does not specify a tie-break. We don’t infer one.
