Who goes first in Fields of Green?

The player who most recently visited a farm or a rural area takes the First Player tile.
Rule details
Starting with the tile holder, players draw cards clockwise during Upkeep.
At the end of the Harvest Phase, pass the tile to the player on the left for the next round.
If there’s a tie
The cited starting-player instruction does not specify a tie-break. We don’t infer one.
