Who goes first in Flamme Rouge?

The most recent bicycle rider places both cyclists first during setup. Once racing begins, everyone chooses energy cards simultaneously; the frontmost cyclist moves first.
Rule details
Initial placement proceeds clockwise, with each player placing both cyclists before the next player places theirs.
During movement, resolve cyclists from front to back. If two occupy the same square, the cyclist in the right-hand lane moves first.
The bicycle-recency rule determines starting-position placement, not a separate individual turn in the simultaneous Energy phase.
Official tie-break or fallback
If bicycle recency is tied for setup placement, the youngest tied player places first.
