Who goes first in FlipToons?

Everyone begins together; whoever most recently watched a cartoon takes the first Market turn.
Rule details
Give that player the first player card during setup. The opening Flip and Check Fame phases are simultaneous.
The Market phase then proceeds clockwise from the card holder. Each player may take up to two Hire or Dismiss actions.
If another round follows, pass the first player card clockwise during Cleanup. The card is not used in solo play.
If there’s a tie
The cited starting-player instruction does not specify a tie-break. We don’t infer one.
