Who goes first in Human Punishment: Social Deduction 2.0?

The player who most recently had computer problems starts; in a later round, the first player eliminated in the previous round may start instead.

Rule details

The starter receives the Active Player and Active Armed Player cards.

After the action, the next player receives those cards and takes a turn.

If there’s a tie

The cited starting-player instruction does not specify a tie-break. We don’t infer one.
