Who goes first in Incan Gold?

Everyone makes their explore-or-return decision simultaneously. Choose a Guide, preferably someone who already knows the game, to coordinate play.

Rule details

The Guide prepares the round and signals when everyone reveals their decision. This role does not give that person an earlier decision than the other explorers.

If there’s a tie

The cited starting-player instruction does not specify a tie-break. We don’t infer one.
