Who goes first in Junk Art?

For the first city, the last person who visited an art exhibition is the start player.

Rule details

Give that player the Start player card unless the city uses simultaneous play.

For later cities, the player with the fewest fans starts; if tied, the start player moves to the next player clockwise.

If there’s a tie

The cited starting-player instruction does not specify a tie-break. We don’t infer one.
