Who goes first in Kawaii?

Whoever most recently ate ice cream starts the first round. Card-flipping turns proceed clockwise.

Rule details

The player with the lowest score starts subsequent rounds.

Capturing a pile can interrupt the turn sequence. The rock-paper-scissors tie-break in the rules resolves simultaneous captures of a pile, not a tie over who starts.

If there’s a tie

The cited starting-player instruction does not specify a tie-break. We don’t infer one.
