Who goes first in Kodama: The Tree Spirits?

The player wearing the most green starts and receives the first player marker.
Rule details
The Growing phase proceeds clockwise from the first player.
After each season’s Kodama phase, the marker goes to the player with the lowest score; if tied, it goes to the tied player closest to the left of the current first player.
If there’s a tie
The cited starting-player instruction does not specify a tie-break. We don’t infer one.
