Who goes first in Once Upon a Time: The Storytelling Card Game?

Draw and discard a Story Card. The player who looks most like that card becomes the first Storyteller.
Rule details
The first Storyteller begins the story. The starter card is drawn from the Story Deck; the instruction does not restrict it to Character cards.
For the next game, the player with the most cards left in hand at the end becomes the first Storyteller and collects, shuffles and deals the cards.
If there’s a tie
The cited starting-player instruction does not specify a tie-break. We don’t infer one.
