Who goes first in Star Trek Chrono-Trek?

A player whose character has more difficulty pips than every other character goes first. Otherwise, whoever most recently watched a Star Trek episode begins.

Rule details

Pips are the difficulty dots beneath a character's name, not the player's experience level.

Official tie-break or fallback

If nobody has uniquely the most character pips, use the most recent Star Trek episode viewer.
