Who goes first in Super-Vampire?

Whoever most recently met a vampire takes the first turn as the Super-Vampire. If nobody has met a real vampire, the youngest player starts.
Rule details
The other players begin as the sun players. The Super-Vampire role moves clockwise between rounds.
If there’s a tie
The cited starting-player instruction does not specify a tie-break. We don’t infer one.
