Who goes first in Tiny Epic Dinosaurs?

The person who most recently visited a natural history museum starts. The rules also allow your group to choose another method.
Rule details
Give that player the First Player Marker. After everyone collects resources together, the marker holder assigns the first Rancher, followed by clockwise turns.
Starting bonuses depend on that order: the second player gets one Plant, the third one Meat, and the fourth one Supply, where those seats exist.
The marker can change hands through an action during play. In solo mode, the Rival Ranch receives it during setup and takes the first assignment turn.
If there’s a tie
The cited starting-player instruction does not specify a tie-break. We don’t infer one.
