Who goes first in Tiny Epic Quest?
Gamelyn English base rules, official Dized reference
The player who most recently took part in a scavenger hunt starts. Your group may instead agree who receives the First Player Token.
Rule details
In a two-to-four-player game, the token holder chooses the first Movement Card and moves a Hero or stays idle. The others follow clockwise using that card or staying idle.
The same token holder starts the Night Phase. At the end of the round, pass the token clockwise for the next round.
Solo setup leaves the First Player Token in the box.
If there’s a tie
The cited starting-player instruction does not specify a tie-break. We don’t infer one.
