Who goes first in Azul: Master Chocolatier?

Whoever most recently ate chocolate goes first.
Rule details
That player takes the starting player marker and fills the Factory displays during setup. They then put the marker in the center and take the first Factory offer turn; play continues clockwise.
During each round, the first person to take tiles from the center also takes the marker into their foundry line. It counts for the foundry penalty and makes them the next round’s starting player.
The brown-board and Special Factories variants retain the same initial starting-player criterion.
If there’s a tie
The cited starting-player instruction does not specify a tie-break. We don’t infer one.
