Who goes first in Azul: Stained Glass of Sintra?

Whoever most recently cleaned a window goes first.

Rule details

That player receives the starting player tile. Choosing someone to manage the scoring board is a separate setup step.

At the start of each round, the tile holder places it in the center and takes the first turn. Turns continue clockwise.

The first person to take pane pieces from the center receives the tile for the next round and moves one space down the broken glass track.

The cited starting-player instruction does not specify a tie-break. We don’t infer one.
