Whoever most recently read or watched a thriller goes first.

Rule details

Individual turns proceed clockwise, with movement, revealing a location card, and one action in that order.

Multiplayer participants each control at least one character. For solo play, choose two or more characters.

Specific instructions on cards or in the adventure book take precedence over the general rulebook.

If there’s a tie

The cited starting-player instruction does not specify a tie-break. We don’t infer one.
